1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold through Digitech Tinker Lab are digital files (e.g., PDFs).
Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via the email address provided at checkout.
Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software and hardware to download and view these digital files.
2. Intellectual Property & License
When you purchase an eBook, you are purchasing a single-user license for the content.
Individual License: This license is granted solely to the individual purchaser for personal and classroom use only.
Permitted Use: You may use the materials within your specific classroom.
Prohibited Use: You may not share these files with colleagues, upload them to a school-wide server or shared drive, or post them on any public-facing website. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited.
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical failure with the download link or find a corrupted file, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
Digitech Tinker Lab reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Payments are processed via secure third-party processors. We do not store your financial data.
